Structural Protection for Fragile Glass Serums, perfumes, and tinctures often come in heavy glass bottles. A standard box isn’t enough. We engineer custom paperboard inserts and “false bottoms” that suspend the bottle inside the carton. This creates an air gap that absorbs shock during shipping, drastically reducing breakage without the need for ugly plastic bubbles.

Absolutely. We offer FSC-Certified paperboards, hemp-blend boards, and 100% Post-Consumer Waste (PCW) recycled stocks. We also use soy-based inks, allowing you to market your packaging as fully sustainable—a key selling point for modern beauty consumers.
Post-press finishes like foil and embossing add a few days to production. Typically, you can expect a turnaround of 15-20 business days for complex luxury cartons. However, our integrated facility in CT allows us to manage these steps internally, avoiding the long delays of outsourcing.
