Litho-Laminated Corrugated Boxes: For heavy parts like alternators, starters, and suspension kits, we laminate high-quality offset print sheets (Litho) onto rigid E-flute or B-flute corrugated board. Grease & Oil Resistant Coatings: Automotive parts often come with residual oils or lubricants. We utilize functional barrier coatings that prevent these fluids from staining the box, ensuring the packaging looks pristine on the retail shelf.

Yes. We calculate the required “Box Compression Strength” (BCT) based on your part’s weight and pallet stacking height. We recommend substrates like 24pt SBS or Laminated E-Flute that offer superior burst strength and tear resistance for heavy items like ball joints or brake pads.
Absolutely. We design packaging specifically for the shelves of major auto retailers (e.g., AutoZone, Advance Auto Parts). This includes optimizing box dimensions for shelf depth, adding “sombrero” hang holes for peg displays, and ensuring G7 color consistency so your brand red matches exactly across every SKU.
For small items like fasteners, fuses, or gaskets, we produce high-precision small folding cartons with auto-bottom closures. These “crash-lock” bottoms allow your workers to assemble the box instantly, significantly reducing manual labor time during kitting.
