Material Selection: We utilize heavy-caliper SBS for smaller displays and laminate to B-Flute or E-Flute corrugated for larger units holding heavy merchandise.

Absolutely. We provide unprinted CAD samples (white samples) so you can test-load your product and verify the structure. We can also provide a full-color digital prototype to present to retail buyers before committing to a full production run.
Standard manufacturing time is typically 10-15 business days after artwork approval. However, as a local manufacturer serving the Northeast, we can often accommodate rush schedules that overseas vendors cannot.
